Embodying Self-Love

The event is expired

What does self-love mean to you?

For many of us Asian American women, the concept of “self-love” wasn’t exactly emphasized growing up. Through raw and vulnerable conversations and exercises, this workshop explores the various meanings of self-love, and more importantly, how to untangle cultural conditioning and embody love for ourselves.

We started this series because we yearned for a community to explore self-empowerment and growth from the lens of our cultural upbringing. Finding this didn’t exist in the raw authenticity we craved, we started the YELLOW workshop series.

All proceeds from YELLOW workshops are donated to causes that uplift AAPIs.
